Well, slip on your favorite walking shoes and join the Mission YMCA's Active Older Adults for a weekly walk down Slowyuga. We meet at the Mission YMCA in the Excelsior (4080 Mission St) and continue down Cayuga Ave. Walkers of all ages are welcome to join!
